Bivins Clinical Support Services was created from both passion and real-life experience. As a Certified Medical Assistant, I’ve had the opportunity to care for many patients in clinical settings, and through that experience, I saw firsthand how much people truly need support beyond the office.
I noticed that many individuals and families were struggling to find reliable, compassionate care at home—care that not only meets their physical needs but also provides comfort, patience, and genuine human connection.
For me, caregiving is more than just a job—it’s a calling. I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness, especially in the comfort of their own home. That belief is what inspired me to start this business.
